Material and Labor

Special order items are to be paid in full in advance and are NOT Subject for return, Refunds or Exchanges
Customer is Responsible to Confirm ALL Sizes Swings and Types of Material before placing orders
ALL Moulding and TRIM Sales are Final / No Return or Exchanges
All Stock Material is Subject to A 25% Restocking Fee
Additional Labor on Installation $100.00 per Hour for Labor plus cost of Materials : Above and Beyond Install and Initial Purchase ( "i.e." additional framing etc.)

Eligibility for Returns

Returns must be initiated within 30 days of purchase.
Items must be in original condition, unused, and uninstalled.
Custom or special-order items are non-refundable.
Door return - 25% restocking

Custom-built doors or trims
Clearance or final sale items
Moulding, baseboard or casing

Return Process

Contact us with your order number and reason for return.
Items must be brought back to our store unless otherwise arranged.
A physical inspection will be performed before approval.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable.
A restocking fee may apply for certain products.

Exchanges

Exchanges may be permitted if the product is unused and in original condition. Price differences may apply.
